Some articles seem too unreasonable to be applicable. More often than not, it comes down to unrealistic costs of groceries . For example, I cannot find 1 gallon of milk at my local Walmart for $1. And our Dollar Tree out in Montana doesn't have a grocery section- we do have a freezer section, but it is only 2-3 doors of frozen dinners. 3-Ingredient Nachos for 1


Kyler has 2 jobs, I am only in 9 credits and don’t work out of home, sooo you do the math: I am home alone and eat dinner alone  A LOT! This week I made myself nachos! Sure it wasn’t the typical ULTIMATE nacho platter tower, tailored with ground beef, refried beans, olives and more…. But it was tasty!

NEED!
  1. cheese
  2. beef
  3. fiesta mix
(sour cream is optional but not part of recipe)


DO!
  1. In a pan, brown ground beef, and add cheese and fajita seasoning.
  2. Put cheese on the bottom on the tiny casserole dish and pour the meat into the casserole dish.
  3. Add cheese on top
  4. Shut the casserole dish for a little bit and let the cheese layers melt

enjoy with tortilla chips!
