Home Cooking
My recipes have been evolving for years! I started out only being able to cook chicken breasts wrapped in tin foil with a handful of vegetables, and "cooking" ramen with my electric tea kettle. Over the last several years, I have definitely graduated to making chicken soup, baked ziti, french bread! ...among other delicious dishes. We are often working on a tight budget and that is where $5 Dinners come in handy! But I have also been able to curb my epilepsy triggered migraines by switching to a low carb diet. Check out my low carb dishes!
The recipes on this blog are going to be dirt cheap, healthy and most times low carb- but not always all 3 at the same time!
One of the ways I keep my grocery costs down for my low carb diet, is by taking advantage of Thrive Market! Thrive Market is a membership based online grocery store. You pay either an Annual Membership of $120/year or Month-to-Month for $10/month. If you use my special link, you get 25% OFF Your First Order with Thrive Market when you start a monthly or annual Membership.
Disclosure: I also use affiliate marketing throughout my recipes, every now and then, to make a living as a blogger. This means that if you choose to start a Membership with Thrive Market, or purchase items that I promote using the links in my website, I will earn a very small commission at no additional cost to you. Read full disclosure here.
