The whole point of The Tiny Twenty-Something is for me to provide you with information that will help you stay happy and healthy with a budget-minded approach. Not only do I focus on affordable low carb recipes, but I want to share the recipes that are also extremely budget-oriented. This comes with a need for meal planning worksheets and budgeting plans. I also want to share some of the exciting things that are happening in my life- such as reducing my migraines with diet, exercise, Cycle Synching, and how I manage to travel on a budget.
