Peach Cobbler for One

Peach Cobbler for One
Somehow I ran out of chocolate one day and I was scavenging the house for something sweet to eat. I didn’t want Chips Ahoy cookies, I didn’t Oreos or ice cream. I was hoping for some melted chocolate and strawberries but ate all of that just a couple days prior…. I have a chocolate problem…. I wanted something healthy. I contemplated the cups of peaches in my cabinet, then I wanted peach cobbler, but didn’t want to use the simple recipe my mom uses because it’s just me eating the cobbler! Looked up random stuff on Pinterest, enjoyed it, then later made kinks to it. The changes I made to the cobbler recipe I found made it way tastier and fitting for a bowl of cobbler!
Here it is:

  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅓ cup milk or water

Directions:
  1. Dump this all into the bowl or mug that you’re sticking into the microwave
  2. Stir!
  3. Microwave 4 minutes

Enjoy!
